Formation Document definition

Formation Document means the Issuer LLC Agreement, the Issuer Certificate of Formation and any other document pursuant to which the Issuer is formed or governed, as each may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
Formation Document means the Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Issuer dated as of [ ], 1999, between the Seller and [ ], as the same may be amended and supplemented from time to time.
Formation Document means, for any entity, the certificate of incorporation, the articles of incorporation, or certificate of formation, or equivalent document, as applicable.
