Former Expedia Employee means any individual who as of the Effective Time is a former employee of the Expedia Group or the TripAdvisor Group, and whose last employment with the Expedia Group or TripAdvisor Group, was with an Expedia Entity.

  • Parent Employee means any current or former director, officer, manager or employee of Parent or any Parent Subsidiary.
