Former Fountain Employee definition

Former Fountain Employee has the meaning set forth in the Fountain Separation Agreement.
Former Fountain Employee means any former employee who terminated employment with all members of the Trident controlled group of corporations before the Fountain Distribution Date and who was last employed by (A) a member of the Fountain Group other than those members of the Fountain Group identified on part A of Schedule 1.1(97) or (B) a member of the Trident Group identified on part B of Schedule 1.1(97).

Related to Former Fountain Employee

  • Public safety employee means a public employee who is employed as one of the following:

  • Student Employee means a student who is paid by the District, and may include students participating in a work study program or who receive stipends while they are acting within the scope of their employment at the District at the time the intellectual property was created.

  • Retained Employee does not include any individual who has a direct or an indirect ownership interest of at least five percent (5%) in the profits, equity, capital, or value of the Taxpayer, or a child, grandchild, parent, or spouse, other than a spouse who is legally separated from the individual, of any individual who has direct or indirect ownership interest of at least five percent (5%) of the profits, equity, capital or value of the Company.

  • Company Employee means an employee of the Company or an employee of a Subsidiary of the Company, if any.
