Whenever Borrower desires a Formula Advance, Borrower will notify Bank by facsimile transmission, telephone or email no later than 5:30 p.m. Eastern time (4:30 p.m. Eastern time for wire transfers), on the Business Day that the Formula Advance is to be made.

Formula Advance or “Formula Advances” is an Advance or Advances under the Formula Line.
