Fort Worth Facility definition

Fort Worth Facility means Danone’s manufacturing facility in Fort Worth,

Fort Worth Facility means the land and Improvements, Fixtures and Appurtenances located at 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Fort Worth, TX.

Fort Worth Facility means the Seller Parties’ operations and facilities located on the Fort Worth Real Property.
