Fort Worth Facility means Danone’s manufacturing facility in Fort Worth,
Fort Worth Facility means the land and Improvements, Fixtures and Appurtenances located at 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Fort Worth, TX.
Fort Worth Facility. The land and all related improvements, fixtures and appurtenances of the continuing care retirement community facility comprised of 214 independent living units, 40 assisted living units and 122 skilled nursing beds, located at 5301 Bryant Road in Fort Worth, Texas, which land is more partxxxxxxxx xxxxxibed on Exhibit A-3 attached hereto.
