  • Each of the Sponsor Investors, the Fortress Investor and the CM Shareholder shall be permitted to designate one representative (who may, but need not, be a Trustee) to participate on the Coordination Committee (the “Committee Members”), and shall be permitted to remove and replace such designee from time to time.
