Fortune Brands LTIPs definition

Fortune Brands LTIPs means the Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc. 2011 Long-Term Incentive Plan, the Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc. 2013 Long-Term Incentive Plan, and the Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc. 2022 Long-Term Incentive Plan.
Fortune Brands LTIPs means the Fortune Brands, Inc. 1999 Long-Term Incentive Plan, the Fortune Brands, Inc. 2003 Long-Term Incentive Plan, the Fortune Brands, Inc. 2007 Long-Term Incentive Plan, the Fortune Brands, Inc. 2011 Long-Term Incentive Plan, the Fortune Brands, Inc. Non-Employee Director Stock Option Plan, the Fortune Brands, Inc. 2002 Non-Employee Director Stock Option Plan, the Fortune Brands, Inc. 2005 Non-Employee Director Stock Plan, the Fortune Brands, Inc.   • Equity Award means any option, restricted stock award, restricted stock unit award, stock appreciation right or other equity award to acquire shares of the Company’s common stock granted or issued to the Executive.

  • PSU means Public Sector Undertaking

  • Compensation Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.11(b).

  • Company PSU means any outstanding performance stock unit granted under the Stock Plans, which vests in whole or in part based on the achievement of one or more performance metrics.

  • Newco has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

  • Company RSUs means any restricted stock units granted under any of the Company Equity Plans.

  • Company Share Plans mean (a) the Company’s Stock Related Award Incentive Plan of 1999, as amended; (b) the Company’s 2010 Stock Incentive Plan, as amended; and (c) the Company’s 2015 Stock Incentive Plan, as amended;
