Foundation Contracts definition

Foundation Contracts means Gas Transportation Agreements with a primary term of not less than 5 years executed on or before 11 September 1995.
Foundation Contracts means the following: (i) the Managed Care Services Agreement dated as of December 1, 1995, as amended, by and between CareFlorida, Inc. and National Health Administrators, Inc., and (ii) the Provider Group Services Agreement dated as of June 1, 1991, as amended, by and between CareFlorida, Inc. and National Care Centers of America, Inc.
