Fourth Amendment and Restatement Agreement definition

Fourth Amendment and Restatement Agreement means the Amendment and Restatement Agreement dated as of August 8, 2012 among the Borrower and certain Agents and Lenders party thereto.
Fourth Amendment and Restatement Agreement means the agreement for the fourth amendment and restatement of this Agreement, dated 23 January 2018.
Fourth Amendment and Restatement Agreement shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
