Fractionation Costs definition

Fractionation Costs is defined in Sections 4.1.
Fractionation Costs means the fractionation costs and expenses incurred by Buyer in connection with the receipt and fractionation of Raw Product delivered by Seller under this Agreement that are charged to Buyer with respect to the Raw Product delivered under this Agreement. Depending on the entity fractionating Raw Product for Buyer, such fee shall be (i) the then current fee charged to Buyer under its fractionation agreements with Gulf Coast Fractionators, Lake Xxxxxxx Fractionators, Cedar Bayou Fractionators, L.P. or any other entity providing fractionation services in which an Affiliate of Buyer has an ownership interest, or (ii) the fractionation fees charged to Buyer by a third party providing fractionation services with respect to such Raw Product.
Fractionation Costs means the actual costs incurred by the producer in fractionation. Fractionation is the separating of components of a mixture through differences in physical or chemical properties. Fractionation is the process by which raw hydrocarbons are separated into products.

Examples of Fractionation Costs in a sentence

  • For the Raw Product delivered hereunder, Targa shall pay to MarkWest a purchase price ("Price") equal to the applicable OPIS Monthly Index (as defined in Subsection B.1 below) for each gallon of each NGL Component (as such term is defined in Attachment B and as reported on end-of-the-month report from WTPL) contained therein less (i) Transportation Costs (as defined in Subsection B.2 below) and (ii) Fractionation Costs (as defined in Subsection B.3 below).

  • Dynegy shall pay to MarkWest for the Raw Product delivered to Dynegy hereunder, a purchase price ("Price") equal to the applicable OPIS Monthly Index (as defined in Subsection B.1. below) for each gallon of each NGL Component (as such term is defined in Attachment B and as reported on month-end WTPL reports) contained therein less (i) Transportation Costs as defined in Subsection B.2. below; and (ii) Fractionation Costs, as defined in Subsection B.3. below.


More Definitions of Fractionation Costs

Fractionation Costs means the fractionation costs and expenses incurred by Buyer in connection with the receipt and fractionation of Raw Product delivered by Seller under this Agreement that are charged to Buyer with respect to the Raw Product delivered under this Agreement. Depending on the entity fractionating Raw Product for Buyer, such fee shall be (i) the then current fee charged to Buyer under its fractionation agreements with Gulf Coast Fractionators, Lake Charles Fractionators, Cedar Bayou Fractionators, L.P. or any other entity providing fractionation services in which an Affiliate of Buyer has an ownership interest, or (ii) the fractionation fees charged to Buyer by a third party providing fractionation services with respect to such Raw Product.
Fractionation Costs means the actual costs incurred by the producer in fractionation.

Related to Fractionation Costs

  • Production Costs means those costs and expenditures incurred in carrying out Production Operations as classified and defined in Section 2 of the Accounting Procedure and allowed to be recovered in terms of Section 3 thereof.

  • Distribution Costs means all costs of: (i) transporting ore or concentrates from a Mine or a concentrating plant to a smelter, refinery or other place of delivery designated by the purchaser and, in the case of concentrates tolled, of transporting the concentrate or metal from a smelter or refinery to the place of delivery designated by the purchaser; (ii) handling, warehousing and insuring the concentrates and metal; and (iii) in the case of concentrates tolled, of smelting and refining, including any penalties thereon or in connection therewith.

  • Transportation Costs means a component of the Charges, comprising those charges payable to the TNO and/or DNO for the use of their networks as applicable from time to time under the Industry Agreements including those charges more specifically referred to as “DUoS” and “TNUoS” and specified as “Included in the Unit Rate”, “Fixed” or “Pass-Through” in the Quotation Document or as otherwise notified to you as payable during the Supply Contract from time to time;

  • Exploration Costs means costs incurred in identifying areas that may warrant examination and in examining specific areas that are considered to have prospects that may contain oil and gas reserves, including costs of drilling exploratory wells and exploratory type stratigraphic test wells. Exploration costs may be incurred both before acquiring the related property and after acquiring the property. Exploration costs, which include applicable operating costs of support equipment and facilities and other costs of exploration activities, are:

  • Construction Costs means land costs, all costs paid to construct and complete the Improvements, as specified on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof.

  • Collection Costs means an amount that the Municipality can charge with regard to the enforcement of a consumer’s monetary obligations;

  • Transition Costs means the reasonable costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees but excluding overhead) incurred or payable by the Successor Servicer in connection with the transfer of servicing (whether due to termination, resignation or otherwise), including allowable compensation of employees and overhead costs incurred or payable in connection with the transfer of the Receivable Files or any amendment to the Sale and Servicing Agreement required in connection with the transfer of servicing.

  • Additional Transportation Cost means the actual cost incurred for one-way Economy Transportation by Common Carrier reduced by the value of an unused travel ticket.

  • Acquisition Costs means all fees, costs, expenses, stamp, registration or transfer Taxes incurred by the Group in connection with the Acquisition.

  • Termination Costs means all documented Direct Costs and Indirect Costs incurred by Transmission Owner in connection with the performance of the Services (i) prior to the effective date of termination, including such costs incurred for materials, equipment, tools, construction equipment and machinery, engineering and other items, materials, assets or services that cannot reasonably be avoided, mitigated or cancelled, (ii) to unwind any work undertaken prior to or after the effective date of termination to the extent reasonably necessary to return the Projects to a configuration or condition in compliance with Good Utility Practice and applicable Law, and (iii) arising from cancellation costs relating to orders or contracts entered into in connection with the performance of Services by Transmission Owner prior to the effective date of the termination.

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Relocation Costs means costs incurred in the relocation of the furniture, fixtures, equip- ment, machinery and supplies, including, but not limited to, the cost of dismantling and reassembling equipment and the cost of floor preparation necessary for the reassembly of the equipment. Relocation costs include only such costs that are incurred during the ninety-day period immediately following the commencement of the relocation to an eli- gible premises. Relocation costs do not include costs for structural or capital improve- ments or items purchased in connection with the relocation.

  • FOR Destination costs means the cost of equipment and material at the consignee’s stores. The cost is exclusive of Excise duty, Sales Tax and other Local Taxes, but is inclusive of packing, forwarding and insurance and freight charges.

  • Remediation Costs means the cost of any action taken to reduce the concentration of contaminants on, in or under the Eligible Property to permit a record of site condition to be filed in the Environmental Site Registry under section 168.4 of the Environmental Protection Act and the cost of complying with any certificate of property use issued under section 168.6 of the Environmental Protection Act, as further specified in the CIP.

  • Utility Costs means utility and home energy costs related to the occupancy of rental property (e.g. electricity, gas, water and sewer, trash removal, and energy costs (such as fuel oil)) that are separately-stated charges. Utility Costs do not include telecommunication services (e.g. telephone, cable, and internet services).

  • Annual Transmission Costs means the total annual cost of the Transmission System for purposes of Network Integration Transmission Service shall be the amount specified in Attachment H for each Zone until amended by the applicable Transmission Owner or modified by the Commission.

  • Direct Costs means the sum of the following:

  • Incremental Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient’s implementing agencies on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, advertising, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance costs, travel and supervision costs, and salaries of supporting staff, but excluding salaries of officials of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Acquisition Cost means the cost to acquire a tangible capital asset including the purchase price of the asset and costs necessary to prepare the asset for use. Costs necessary to prepare the asset for use include the cost of placing the asset in location and bringing the asset to a condition necessary for normal or expected use.

  • Sales Costs means all costs, direct and indirect, associated with a foreclosure sale by the City, including but not limited to: county recording fees, title reports or other means of identifying persons with interest in the property, title insurance, service and notification, publication and advertising, posting, sale, and staff salaries, including benefits and overhead.

  • Allocable Costs means costs allocable to a particular cost objective if the goods or services involved are chargeable or assignable to such cost objective in accordance with relative benefits received or other equitable relationship. Costs allocable to a specific Program may not be shifted to other Programs in order to meet deficiencies caused by overruns or other fund considerations, to avoid restrictions imposed by law or by the terms of this Agreement, or for other reasons of convenience.

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Transaction Costs means all fees, costs and expenses incurred or payable by the Borrower or any Subsidiary in connection with the Transactions.

  • Formation Cost means preliminary expenses relating to regulatory and registration fees of the Scheme, flotation expenses of the Scheme, expenses relating to authorization of the Scheme, execution and registration of the Constitutive Documents, legal costs, printing, circulation and publication of this Offering Document, announcements describing the Scheme and all other expenses incurred until the end of the Initial Period.

  • Administration Costs means (i) the costs and expenses associated with the production and dissemination of the Notice (as defined in Section 2.10); (ii) all reasonable costs incurred by the Settlement Administrator (as defined in Section 1.40) in administering and effectuating this Settlement, which costs and expenses are necessitated by performance and implementation of this Agreement and any Court orders relating thereto; (iii) all reasonable fees charged by the Settlement Administrator; and (iv) any other costs associated with the settlement, including but not limited to any amounts charged by TIAA or Vanguard.

  • Building Operating Expenses means the portion of “Operating Expenses,” as that term is defined in Section 4.2.7 below, allocated to the tenants of the Building pursuant to the terms of Section 4.3.1 below.
