Framework Support Rates definition

Framework Support Rates means the Support Rates set out in Annex 1 of the Framework Schedule 3 (Charging Structure);

Examples of Framework Support Rates in a sentence

  • The Supplier acknowledges and agrees that, subject to paragraph 164.1.7 of this Framework Schedule 3 (Adjustment of the Framework Support Rates and Other Charges), the Framework Support Rates cannot be decreased during the Framework Period.

  • Subject to paragraphs 164.1.9 to 164.1.19 of this Framework Schedule, the Framework Support Rates and Other Charges will remain fixed for the first Contract Year.

  • The Authority's right to enter into a direct agreement for the supply of the relevant items is subject to: the Authority shall make the relevant item available to the Supplier where this is necessary for the Supplier to provide the Goods and/or Services; and any increase in the Framework Support Rates or decrease in Other Charges taking into account any unavoidable costs payable by the Supplier in respect of the substituted item, including in respect of any licence fees or early termination charges.

  • ICN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND UNDER CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLES, EVEN IF ICN HAD BEEN ADVISED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, THAT MAY RESULT FROM YOUR USE OF THE CHECKLIST.

  • Any change in the Framework Support Rates and/or Other Charges or relief from the Supplier's obligations resulting from a Specific Change in Law (other than as referred to in Clause 46.2.3 shall be implemented in accordance with Clause 46.1(Variation Procedure).

  • Before the anniversary of each Contract Year, the Supplier and the Authority shall assess the level of: the Framework Support Rates and agree whether to increase them; and the Other Charges and agree whether to decrease them.

  • The Supplier shall neither be relieved of its obligations under this Framework Agreement nor be entitled to a reduction in the Framework Support Rates or increase in Other Charges as the result of: a General Change in Law; or a Specific Change in Law where the effect of that Specific Change in Law on the Goods and/or Services is reasonably foreseeable at the Framework Commencement Date.

  • The Supplier acknowledges and agrees that, subject to paragraph 164.1.7 of this Framework Schedule 3 (Adjustment of the Framework Support Rates and Other Charges), the Other Charges cannot be increased during the Framework Period.

Related to Framework Support Rates

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Operations Support Systems (OSS means the suite of functions which permits CLEC to interface to the ILEC for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance/ repair and billing as described in the Attachment 07 – Operations Support Systems (OSS) herein.
