All loads identified and/or placed as orders for 390 service shall be delivered by Contractor, in its capacity as the Franchised Collector, to the Approved 391 Construction and Demolition Processing Facility.
Copies of such invoices shall be provided to the Authority at the 701 same time as they are provided to the Franchised Collector.

If the average weekly vehicle turnaround time for the week in question is in excess of the Maximum Vehicle Turnaround Time, the Contractor shall pay the Franchised Collector five dollars ($5.00) per Load for each minute in excess of the twenty (20) minute average guaranteed, where the number of Loads shall be equal to the number of Loads received during the week in which the Maximum Vehicle Turnaround Time was exceeded.
Copies of the Monthly Reports shall be provided by Contractor to the Franchised Collector within 1185 the same time frame specified for submittal to the CCCSWA.
Contractor may use the 1211 tare weight to calculate the Tonnage of Loads Delivered by the Franchised Collector.
After written notification to the CCCSWA, the CCCSWA and its Franchised Collector can inspect 914 the vehicle’s Loads to determine the source of the Contamination and what steps need to be taken to 915 reduce the Contamination such as educating Residents and Commercial customers on keeping non‐ 916 Recyclable Materials out of the Recyclable Materials Collection containers.
After twenty‐four (24) hours of written notice, 930 Contractor shall Recycle or Dispose of the Load and shall ▇▇▇▇ the Franchised Collector $150.00 per Ton.
