Franchising Business definition

Franchising Business means the business of franchising ---------------------- hotels under the Clarion, Quality, Comfort, Sleep Inn, Rodeway, Econo Lodge and Mainstay Suites brands.
Franchising Business means (i) the operation of and/or licensing of others to operate businesses, providing products or services in a proprietary format and subject to proprietary rights with respect to the quality and presentation of the products or services offered and (ii) without limiting the foregoing, each business in which the Company is engaged on the issue date.
Franchising Business means the business of franchising, supporting and selling Products to Gong Cha Stores.
