Free customs zone definition

Free customs zone means the customs regime under which foreign goods are placed and used within the relevant territorial borders of a special economic zone with full or partial exemption from customs duties and taxes, and without prohibitions and restrictions of economic nature being applied to goods, established in accordance with normative legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Free customs zone means the customs regime under which foreign and Kazakhstani goods are placed and used within the relevant territorial borders of a special economic zone exempt from customs duties and taxes, except for excise on imported goods, and without non-tariff regulatory measures being applied to them, except for requirements regarding safety of goods.
Free customs zone means such customs regime, when goods, which are imported into the territory of the corresponding special (free) economic zone from the customs territory of Ukraine, as well as goods exported from the territories of the above mentioned zone s outside the customs territory of Ukraine – shall not be subject to tariff and non-tariff regulations measures.

  • Customs Valuation Agreement means the Agreement on Implementation of Article VII of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994 contained in Annex 1A of the WTO Agreement;

  • Ombud ’ means each of the following:

  • Clearance System means the principal domestic clearance system customarily used for settling trades with respect to the Underlying as determined by the Calculation Agent acting in accordance with relevant market practice and in good faith.

  • Customs Act means the Customs Act 1901 (as amended), and any succeeding Legislation and any regulations made pursuant to the Customs Act;

  • Supplementary Card means a Card issued by the Bank subject to this Agreement to a Supplementary Cardholder nominated by the Principal Cardholder and at the joint request of the Principal Cardholder and such Supplementary Cardholder; and
