Free TV definition

Free TV means the scheduled linearly programmed delivery and/or exhibition of a motion picture, television show or other entertainment product by any means of transmission to a television set or other viewing device by any technology (whether now known or hereafter devised), which shall be advertising supported and/or contain programming breaks (except in the case of the NPO/VPRO), where the consumer is not charged any fees or charges (other than any compulsory fees charged by a government or governmental agency assessed on those who use television sets) . For clarity, Free TV does not include Subscription Pay TV or Basic TV.
Free TV means all forms of Terrestrial Free TV, Cable Free TV and Satellite Free TV exploitation of a Motion Picture.
Free TV is television exhibition for which no fee or subscription is charged to the viewer.

Free TV means the right to Distribute any programs or other content as part of a regularly scheduled program service by any and all means, methods, and/or manners now known or hereafter devised (including broadcast, cable, wire, satellite, wireless, Internet, IPTV, virtual private networks, closed systems, etc.) for viewing on any and all audiovisual devices (including televisions, computers, handheld (including mobile) devices, etc.) now known or hereafter devised, and no charge is made for viewing programs or other content (other than any compulsory fees charged by a government or government agency on those who use television sets or for receiving the program service via satellite or cable).
