Digital Technology definition

Digital Technology means all forms of digital technology, Including Data, software, hardware, the School District’s network and all components of the School District’s network; and digital services of any nature and kind, that is based on digital technology and that is:

Digital Technology means electronic tools, systems, devices and resources that generate, store or process data.

• Video surveillance and telecommunications equipment are prohibited from containing equipment produced by:- Hytera Communications Corporation;- Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Company;- Dahua Technology Company; and- Any subsidiary or affiliate of the named entities.

• RTI cannot use any equipment or services from specific companies, or their subsidiaries and affiliates, including Huawei Technologies Company, ZTE Corporation, Hytera Communications Corporation, Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Company, and Dahua Technology Company (“Covered Technology”).

• Any and all items that are made by Huawei Technology Company, ZTE Corporation, Hytera Communications Corporation, Hangzhou Hikivision Digital Technology Company, Dahua Technology Company will not be accepted.

• Do not provide video surveillance and telecommunications equipment produced by Hytera Communications Corporation, Hanghzou Hikvision Digital Technology Company, or Dahua Technology Company (or any subsidiary or affiliate of such entities).
