When a holiday falls on Friday, the employees shall be paid by cheque or direct bank deposit on Wednesday or by cash on Thursday. If cheques fail to arrive in time, then sufficient time or suitable arrangements must be made to cash same. If cheques and/or cash are mailed or sent by other means of transportation and are not received on time as specified above, then two (2) hours pay will be added to the employees pay. Room and Board, traveling time or any expenses incurred in traveling shall not be deducted from the hourly rate of pay.
