French Master Lease Extension Agreement definition

French Master Lease Extension Agreement means, in relation to the French Master Lease, an agreement executed by the Lessor and the Lessee(s) thereunder which provides that the Master Lease Scheduled Expiry Date in respect of the relevant lease entered into pursuant to the French Master Lease will be extended for a further period of five (5) calendar months from the date of such agreement.

Related to French Master Lease Extension Agreement

  • Ground Lease means a lease creating a leasehold estate in real property where the fee owner as the ground lessor conveys for a term or terms of years its entire interest in the land and buildings and other improvements, if any, comprising the premises demised under such lease to the ground lessee (who may, in certain circumstances, own the building and improvements on the land), subject to the reversionary interest of the ground lessor as fee owner.   • Lease Agreement means the bargain, with respect to the lease, of the lessor and the lessee in fact as found in their language or by implication from other circumstances including course of dealing or usage of trade or course of performance as provided in this article. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublease agreement.

  • Original Facility Agreement means the facility agreement dated 19 December 2018 and made between, amongst others, (i) the Borrower, (ii) the Lenders, (iii) the Mandated Lead Arrangers, (iv) the Facility Agent and the SACE Agent and (v) the Security Trustee.

  • Master Lease means any master lease now or hereafter entered into, in which the Healthcare Facility is aggregated with other HUD-insured healthcare facilities and leased to a Master Tenant and any amendments or joinders thereto.

  • Construction Agreement as used in this subsection means an agreement between Seller and any contractor or subcontractor to install the System;

  • First Amendment means that certain First Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated as of September 19, 2016, among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.

  • Second Amendment means that certain Second Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated as of the Second Amendment Effective Date, among, inter alios, the Parent, each Borrower, the Guarantors, the Original Administrative Agent, the Administrative Agent and the Required Lenders.

  • Lock-Up Agreement means the Lock-Up Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and among the Company and the directors and officers of the Company, in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto.

  • Management Agreement means the agreement to be entered into between the Borrower and the Manager providing for the ship management and crewing services of the Vessel, such agreement to be in the form and on the terms and conditions required by the Agent;
