French Obligor definition

French Obligor means an Obligor incorporated in France.
French Obligor means a French Borrower or a French Guarantor.
French Obligor means an Obligor which is resident in France for tax purposes including for the avoidance of any doubt the Note Issuer;

  • Each Party agrees that in case of an assignment or transfer pursuant to this Clause, the French Collateral granted under the French Collateral Documents and the guarantees granted by any French Obligor under the relevant Foreign Guarantee Agreement shall be preserved for the benefit of the Collateral Agent, the new lender and the other Secured Parties (as applicable).
