French Scheme Transfer Date definition

French Scheme Transfer Date means the date on which the Minister of the Economy, Finance and Industry for France grants an order approving the transfer of Vie Plus S.A.’s payment protection insurance business to Financial New Life Company Limited pursuant to the provisions of Article L.324-1 of the Insurance Code;

Related to French Scheme Transfer Date

  • Employee Transfer Date means in respect of any particular Transferring Employee the date on which the part of the Services to which they are assigned transfers from the Previous Contractor to the Contractor;

  • collective investment scheme means any arrangements with respect to property of any description, including money, the purpose or effect of which is to enable Persons taking part in the arrangements (whether by becoming owners of the property or any part of it or otherwise) to participate in or receive profits or income arising from the acquisition, holding, management or disposal of the property or sums paid out of such profits or income.

  • Allowance transfer deadline means midnight of January 30 or, if January 30 is not a business day, midnight of the first business day thereafter and is the deadline by which allowances may be submitted for recordation in an affected unit’s compliance subaccount for the purposes of meeting the unit’s acid rain emissions limitation requirements for sulfur dioxide for the previous calendar year.

  • Bidder from a country which shares a land border with India for the purpose of this Order means: -

  • Qualifying Transaction means a transaction where a CPC acquires Significant Assets, other than cash, by way of purchase, amalgamation, merger or arrangement with another Company or by other means.

  • Transfer Scheme means a transfer scheme made by the Secretary of State under Section 12 and Schedule 2 of the Railways Act 2005 (or equivalent statutory provision) pursuant to paragraph 3.1 of Schedule 15.4 (Provisions Applying on and after Termination), being substantially in the form of Appendix 1 (Form of Transfer Scheme) to Schedule 15.4 (Provisions Applying on and after Termination), but subject to such amendments as the Secretary of State may make thereto as a result of any change of Law affecting such transfer scheme or other change of circumstances between the date of the Franchise Agreement and the date on which such scheme is made;

  • Scheme Shares means the Target Shares which are subject to the Scheme in accordance with its terms.

  • Bidders from a country which shares a land border with India for the purpose of this Order means:

  • Risk Transfer Date means the date when the risk of loss or damage to the Works passes from the Contractor to the Employer in accordance with sub Clauses 38.2 and 39.1.

  • Initial Transfer Date means the Series Issuance Date for the first Series of Transition Bonds.

  • Share Option Scheme ’ means the share option scheme adopted by the Company on

  • the transfer date means 1 September 1989;

  • Transfer Date means, in relation to a transfer, the later of:

  • Scheme Year means a period of one year beginning with 1st April and ending with 31st March;

  • Servicing Transfer Date The date on which a Servicing Transfer occurs.

  • Subsequent Transfer Date With respect to each Subsequent Transfer Instrument, the date on which the related Subsequent Mortgage Loans are sold to the Trust Fund.

  • Market Seller Offer Cap means a maximum offer price applicable to certain Market Sellers under certain conditions, as determined in accordance with Tariff, Attachment DD. section 6 and Tariff, Attachment M-Appendix, section II.E.

  • Limited Condition Transaction means any Acquisition Transaction or any other acquisition or Investment permitted by this Agreement, in each case whose consummation is not conditioned on the availability of, or on obtaining, third party financing.
