Front of Lot definition

Front of Lot. : means the front of a lot shall be considered to be that side of the lot which fronts on a street. In the case of a corner lot, the narrowest side fronting on the street shall be considered to be the front of the lot. In case the corner lot has equal frontage on two or more streets, the lot shall be considered to front on that street on which the greatest number of buildings have been erected on that side of the street within the same block.
Front of Lot means the front property line of a lot bordering the street or closest to the street. In the case of a corner lot, it is the frontage opposite the alley. If there is no alley, it may be either frontage.
Front of Lot or “Front lot line” means [the front boundary line of a lot bordering the street or closest to the street, and in the case of a corner lot, may be either frontage] every lot line bordering a public or private street, through which a driveway provides access to thelot area”.

  • Interior lot means a lot other than a corner lot.
