Meritain shall provide debit cards to applicable FSA Participants for the purpose of paying for FSA Covered Services.
Covered Services means all or a part of those medical and health services set forth in rule 441—86.14(514I).
Non-Covered Services means those vision care services which are not Covered Services under Plan Contract(s).

Person-Centered Service Plan means the details of the supports, desired outcomes, activities, and resources required for an individual to achieve and maintain personal goals, health, and safety, as described in OAR 411-004-0030.
Planned Service Interruption means a Service Interruption that has been scheduled to occur in accordance with schedule 5;
Covered Building Service Employee means any person performing building service work for a Covered Building Service Employer, either directly or through a contract or subcontract.
Emergency medical services provider means a person who has received formal training in prehospital and emergency care, and is licensed to attend any person who is ill or injured or who has a disability. Police officers, firefighters, funeral home employees and other persons serving in a dual capacity one of which meets the definition of “emergency medical services provider” are “emergency medical services providers” within the meaning of this chapter.
Covered service member means a member of the Armed Forces, including a member of the National Guard or Reserves, who is undergoing medical treatment, recuperation, or therapy, is otherwise in outpatient status, or is otherwise on the temporary disability retired list, for a serious injury or illness.
Managed Services means the services provided by a Client to End Users using the SaaS and Client’s intellectual capital and/or additional services supplied by Client.
Son or daughter of a covered service member means a covered service member’s biological, adopted, or foster child, stepchild, legal ward, or a child for whom the covered service member stood in loco parentis, and who is of any age.

Urgently Needed Services means Covered Services needed to prevent a serious deterioration in a Member’s health. While not as immediate as Emergency Services, these services cannot be delayed until the Member can see a Plan Provider.
Extended services means ongoing support services provided to individuals with the most significant disabilities, including youth with the most significant disabilities, after the time-limited vocational rehabilitation services have been completed and job stabilization has been achieved. They consist of specific services, including natural supports, needed to maintain the supported employment placement. Extended services are paid from funding sources other than DRS and are specifically identified in the IPE, except that DRS may provide and pay for extended services for youth with the most significant disabilities for a period not to exceed 4 years or extend beyond the date when the youth reaches age 25.

Enhanced Services means any service offered over Common Carrier transmission facilities that employ computer processing applications that act on the format, content, code, protocol or similar aspects of a subscriber's transmitted information; that provide the subscriber with additional, different or restructured information; or involve End User Customer interaction with stored information.
