FT-1 Service definition

FT-1 Service means contracted FT-1 transportation service on the U.S. Pipeline from the Canada-U.S. border to delivery points in the U.S. pursuant to a rate that is not index based.

  • The maximum Reservation Charge for each Month, assessed on each Dth of Transportation Demand specified in Shipper's FT-1 Service Agreement.

  • The Company must receive the new Transportation Service Application or EDI transmittal at least thirty (30) days prior to the change in the case of FT-1 Service, and at least fifteen(15) days prior to the customer’s meter read in the case of FT-2 Service.

  • FDS, FDS-IBR, FFPS Zone 1 and FPS Zone 2 shippers may not deliver to any FT-1 Service shipper unless such FT-1 Service shipper is party to an extraction rights agreement.

  • In the event that a discounted rate or a Negotiated Rate will be applicable to a Shipper’s FT-1 Service Agreement, such rate(s) shall apply solely under the conditions and for the period agreed upon by Shipper and Transporter.

Related to FT-1 Service

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • Black Start Service means the capability of generating units to start without an outside electrical supply or the demonstrated ability of a generating unit with a high operating factor (subject to Transmission Provider concurrence) to automatically remain operating at reduced levels when disconnected from the grid.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

Defined terms used in this XXXX, but not defined herein, are defined in the Supplemental Terms and Conditions in Attachment 3.
