FT-1 Service definition

FT-1 Service means contracted FT-1 transportation service on the U.S. Pipeline from the Canada-U.S. border to delivery points in the U.S. pursuant to a rate that is not index based.

  • Any such FT-1 Service Agreement shall be for a term of not less than one year, shall have the same Contract Year as the Rate Schedule FT-3 Service Agreement covering production from the same OCS Field(s), and shall establish a rate equal to the rate charged for service under the Shipper's Rate Schedule FT-3 Service Agreement covering production from the same OCS Field(s).

  • For customers electing FT-1 Service, a one-time charge associated with the installation of telemetering equipment may also apply as provided for under the Transportation Terms and Conditions, Section 6, Schedule C, Item 2.02.0. Rates associated with Firm Transportation Service which is billable to Marketers are those applicable under the Transportation Terms and Conditions, Section 6, Schedule C, as in effect from time to time.

  • The rates under this Rate Schedule are subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 27 of the GT&C of Transporter's Tariff and to change pursuant to Shipper's effective Rate Schedule FT-1 Service Agreement.

Related to FT-1 Service

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

  • 800 service means a telecommunications service that:

  • Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • 900 service means an inbound toll telecommunications service purchased by a subscriber that allows the subscriber's customers to call in to the subscriber's prerecorded announcement or live service, and which is typically marketed under the name "900 service" and any subsequent numbers designated by the federal communications commission. "900 service" does not include the charge for collection services provided by the seller of the telecommunications service to the subscriber, or services or products sold by the subscriber to the subscriber's customer.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • In-service means an educational program, which is designed to increase the knowledge, skills, and overall effectiveness of personnel.

  • Self-service display means the open display or storage of Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia in a manner that is physically accessible in any way to the general public without the assistance of the retailer or employee of the retailer and a direct person-to-person transfer between the purchaser and the retailer or employee of the retailer. A vending machine is a form of Self-Service Display.

  • Testing service means a national testing service selected by the board.

  • input service means any service used or intended to be used by a supplier in the course or furtherance of business;

  • Service Switching Point (SSP means the telephone Central Office Switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.

  • Transmission Service Provider means the entity that administers the transmission tariff and provides transmission service to transmission customers under applicable transmission service agreements.

  • Service Desk means the single point of entry for all Service Tickets and Service Requests which can be accessed over the phone, by email or via our portal.

  • Video service means video programming, cable services, IPTV, or OVS provided through facilities located at least in part in the public rights-of-way without regard to delivery technology, including internet protocol technology. This definition does not include any video programming provided by a commercial mobile service provider defined in 47 USC 332(d) or provided solely as part of, and via, a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail, or other services offered over the public internet.
