FTC Order definition

FTC Order means that certain "Decision and Consent Order" issued by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission on February 5, 1999 against GeoCities, Inc., a California corporation acquired by Yahoo, attached hereto as Exhibit T and any and all subsequent or related official materials, regulations, laws judgements or orders.
FTC Order means that certain FTC Decision and Order governing the scope, nature and extent and requirements of that certain Asset Purchase Agreement, dated as of August 14, 2014, by and between Medtech Products Inc. and the Buyer (as defined therein).
