Fuel Gas Cost definition

Fuel Gas Cost as used in Article III, shall mean the sum of (i) and (ii) below:
Fuel Gas Cost has the meaning set forth in Exhibit C.
Fuel Gas Cost as used in Section 6, shall mean the cost per MMBtu of the natural gas used to fractionate the NGL's sold hereunder at Buyer's Fractionator. The price per MMBtu of such Fuel Gas Cost shall be deemed to be equal to (i) the Southern Star Central Gas Pipelines Inc. ("Southern Star") ** for the Month of delivery and sale, as published each Month by "Inside F.E.R.C.", plus (ii) the then ** for Southern Star plus the maximum ** for the ** and the maximum ** and the maximum **. Capitalized terms in this subsection, not otherwise defined herein, shall be as set forth in Southern Star's Tariff.

  • If at the end of any calendar month during the Applicable Term the aggregate cost of gas incurred by HEP Operating in connection with the operation of the Applicable Assets exceeds the Assumed Fuel Gas Cost, the Applicable Refinery Owner shall promptly pay to HEP Operating an amount equal to the positive difference, if any, of (i) the aggregate cost of fuel gas incurred by HEP Operating in connection with the operation of the Applicable Assets during such calendar month less (ii) the Assumed Fuel Gas Cost.

  • The Base Rate for such Fuel Gas Cost shall be equal to $** per MMBtu, and the Efficiency Factor applicable thereto shall be as set forth in Appendix 1.

Related to Fuel Gas Cost

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Fuel Gas means Gas used as fuel for the operation of the Transportation System.

  • Fuel means any solid, liquid or gaseous combustible material;

  • Additional Transportation Cost means the actual cost incurred for one-way Economy Transportation by Common Carrier reduced by the value of an unused travel ticket.

  • Transportation project means any project that the department is authorized by law to undertake including but not limited to a highway, tollway, bridge, mass transit, intelligent transportation system, traffic management, traveler information services, or any other project for transportation purposes.

  • Finished water means the water that is introduced into the distribution system of a public water system and is intended for distribution and consumption without further treatment, except as treatment necessary to maintain water quality in the distribution system (e.g., booster disinfection, addition of corrosion control chemicals).

  • Fuel system means the components which store or transport fuel on board the vehicle and comprise the fuel tank system, all fuel and vapour lines, any non-tank mounted fuel pumps and the activated carbon canister.

  • Natural Gas Liquids means those hydrocarbon components that can be recovered from natural gas as a liquid including, but not limited to, ethane, propane, butanes, pentanes plus, and condensates;

  • Project Cost means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Agreement (i.e. Rs. <in words>) for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Direct Cost means a cost not to exceed the cost of labor, material, travel and other expenditures to the extent the costs are directly incurred to provide the relevant assistance or service. “Direct Cost” to the Acquirer for its use of any of a Respondent’s employees’ labor shall not exceed the average hourly wage rate for such employee;

  • Fuel oil means heavy distillates or residues from crude oil or blends of such materials intended for use as a fuel for the production of heat or power of a quality equivalent to the “American Society for Testing and Materials’ Specification for Number Four Fuel Oil (Designation D 396-69)”, or heavier.

  • Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per

  • Net cost means the Contractor’s actual cost after deducting all permitted cash and trade discounts, rebates, allowances, credits, sales taxes, commissions, and refunds (whether or not any or all of the same shall have been taken by the Contractor) of all parts and materials purchased by the Contractor solely for the use in performing its obligation hereunder provided, where such purchase has received the prior written approval of the Manager as required herein. The Contractor shall promptly furnish to the Manager such bills of sale and other instruments as the Manger may require, executed, acknowledged and delivered, assuring to the Manager title to such materials, supplies, equipment, parts, and tools free of encumbrances.

  • Geothermal fluid means water in any form at temperatures greater than 120

  • Transportation Costs means a component of the Charges, comprising those charges payable to the TNO and/or DNO for the use of their networks as applicable from time to time under the Industry Agreements including those charges more specifically referred to as “DUoS” and “TNUoS” and specified as “Included in the Unit Rate”, “Fixed” or “Pass-Through” in the Quotation Document or as otherwise notified to you as payable during the Supply Contract from time to time;

  • The Contract Price/Project Cost means the price payable to the Vendor under the Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.

  • Equipment Cost means, for any Item of Equipment, the gross amount paid by the Company to the manufacturer thereof, including all applicable sales taxes, and delivery charges as invoiced by such manufacturer to the Company.

  • Transportation Expense means the cost of Medically Necessary conveyance, personnel, and services or supplies.

  • Gas means any mixture of hydrocarbons and noncombustible gases in a gaseous state consisting primarily of methane.

  • Transportation Facilities means any physical facility that moves or assist in the movement of people or goods including facilities identified in OAR 660-012-0020 but excluding electricity, sewage, and water systems.
