Fulfillment Date definition

Fulfillment Date means the date on which the last of the Conditions Precedent are fulfilled or waived, as the case may be;

Fulfillment Date means the earlier of the: (i) date of Fulfillment set forth in the Order Form, Exhibit, or (ii) stated number of days (as specifically stated in the Order Form, Addendum or Exhibit) after the Effective Date, which if no stated number of days is specifically identified, than 60 days.

Fulfillment Date means the date by which the Suspensive Condition is required to be fulfilled;

More Definitions of Fulfillment Date

Fulfillment Date means the earlier of (i) the date that the fulfillment materials are first available for delivery to End Users or (ii) sixty (60) days after the Effective Date.

Fulfillment Date means the date the service in enabled for use.
