Examples of Fulfillment Date in a sentence
For purposes of this Agreement, the "Condition Fulfillment Date" shall mean the date on which all conditions set forth in Sections 8.1 and 8.2 shall have been fulfilled but not earlier than the later of (i) the date on which all conditions set forth in Section 8.3 have been fulfilled or waived and (ii) April 30, 1999.
In addition, as of the Type-A CP Fulfillment Date, the Allottees have all observed, in all aspects, the obligations under the Equity Transfer Agreement and Capital Increase Agreement, and the representations and warranties made by them all remain true, complete and accurate in all material aspects without any misleading nature.
The second year shall begin on the second anniversary of the Fulfillment Date.
Such payment shall be made within 7 (seven) days of the Fulfillment Date.
Completion shall take place on the 10th business day after all the conditions have been fulfilled (or waived, if applicable), but in any event on or before (i) the Fulfillment Date or (ii) such other date as the Vendor and the Purchaser may agree in writing.
