Full Purpose Annexation Conversion Date means the date on which the territory of the District becomes subject to the full jurisdiction of the City of Conroe.

Full Purpose Annexation Conversion Date is the date upon which the City Council adopts an ordinance that includes the Development within the full-purpose boundary limits of the City, which date shall in no event occur prior to the expiration of the term of this Agreement. The Full Purpose Annexation Conversion Date may be altered only by mutual written agreement of the District and the City.
