Territory of the District. The territorial boundaries of the District are described in Exhibit A attached to and made part of this Contract. This Contract incorporates and includes all exhibits attached hereto. The territory of the District is located entirely within the boundaries of the contracting parties and the County and does not include any “parcel of land” (as defined in Section 715.72(E)(1)(c) of the Revised Code) that is owned in fee by or is leased to a municipal corporation or township, except land owned by a Contracting Party. Furthermore, no electors reside within the area or areas comprising the District and no part of the area or areas comprising the District is zoned for residential use. Any parcels which are zoned for residential use in the future are hereby excluded from the XXXX and no income tax imposed by the Board will be applicable to such future residential parcels.

In accordance with Division (E)(1)(b) of R.C. 715.72, no electors reside within the territory comprising the District as of the date hereof. Pursuant to Division (E)(1)(c) of R.C. 715.72, the territory includes one or more parcels of land owned in fee or leased by the City and/or the Township, which each are Contracting Parties to this Agreement. The Contracting Parties intend to develop, or cause to be developed, the District in accordance with the district development overview attached hereto as EXHIBIT C.

The areas include commercial and industrial zoned land and several nonconforming residential parcels of land, which residential parcels are excluded from the District. Therefore, no electors reside in the District and no parcel in the District is zoned for residential use.

In accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 715.73, no electors reside within the territory comprising the District as of the date hereof. Pursuant to Resolution No. [ ], approved by the Board of Trustees of the Township on [ ], and Ordinance No. [ ], approved by the Council of the Village on [ ], the Township and the Village each have given their respective consent to the inclusion of certain real property owned by the Township and Village and depicted and identified in Exhibit B within the District. The territory to be included in the District is currently zoned “Exempt Property Owned by Township”, “Nursing Homes & Private Hospitals”, and “Exempt Property (Municipality Owned)”, which zoning designations are appropriate to the function of the District.

  • Country and Territory Names The country and territory names (including their IDN variants, where applicable) contained in the following internationally recognized lists shall be withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator at All Levels: the short form (in English) of all country and territory names contained on the ISO 3166-1 list, as updated from time to time, including the European Union, which is exceptionally reserved on the ISO 3166-1 list, and its scope extended in August 1999 to any application needing to represent the name European Union <xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/iso/support/country_codes/iso_3166_code_lists/iso-3166-1_decoding_table.htm>; the United Nations Group of Experts on Geographical Names, Technical Reference Manual for the Standardization of Geographical Names, Part III Names of Countries of the World; and the list of United Nations member states in 6 official United Nations languages prepared by the Working Group on Country Names of the United Nations Conference on the Standardization of Geographical Names; provided, that the reservation of specific country and territory names (including their IDN variants according to the registry operator IDN registration policy, where applicable) may be released to the extent that Registry Operator reaches agreement with the applicable government(s). Registry Operator must not activate such names in the DNS; provided, that Registry Operator may propose the release of these reservations, subject to review by ICANN’s Governmental Advisory Committee and approval by ICANN. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such names that remain withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.

  • District The public agency or the school district for which the Work is performed. The governing board of the District or its designees will act for the District in all matters pertaining to the Contract. The District may, at any time: 1.1.23.1 Direct Developer to communicate with or provide notice to the Construction Manager or the Architect on matters for which the Contract Documents indicate Developer will communicate with or provide notice to the District; and/or 1.1.23.2 Direct the Construction Manager or the Architect to communicate with or direct Developer on matters for which the Contract Documents indicate the District will communicate with or direct Developer.
