Full Reinstatement Cost definition

Full Reinstatement Cost means the full cost of reinstating the Building at the time when such reinstatement is likely to take place, having regard to any possible increases in building costs, and including the cost of demolition, shoring up, site clearance, ancillary expenses and architects’, surveyors’ and other professional fees and any necessary Value Added Tax.

  • Full Replacement Cost as used herein shall mean the actual replacement cost of the Leased Property requiring replacement from time to time including an increased cost of construction endorsement, if available, and the cost of debris removal.
