Full Reinstatement Cost definition

Full Reinstatement Cost means the full cost of reinstating the Building at the time when such reinstatement is likely to take place, having regard to any possible increases in building costs, and including the cost of demolition, shoring up, site clearance, ancillary expenses and architects’, surveyors’ and other professional fees and any necessary Value Added Tax.
Full Reinstatement Cost means the full cost (including demolition and similar expenses professional fees and expenses the cost of any works required by statute and Value Added Tax where applicable) which would be likely to be incurred in connection with reinstating the Premises in accordance with these Presents at the time when such reinstatement is likely to take place having regard to all relevant factors (including the time at which loss or damage may be sustained any possible delay in the commencement and execution of reinstatement works and any possible increases in building costs)
Full Reinstatement Cost means the costs (reasonably determined from time to time by the Landlord’s Surveyor) which would be likely to be incurred in rebuilding or reinstating the Cannon Bridge Estate in accordance with Clause 4(2)(a) hereof (including the cost of shoring up demolition site clearance any works that may be required by statute professional fees payable upon any applications for planning permission or other consents and other incidental expenses)
