Site Clearance. In the course of execution of the Agreement, the TSP shall keep the Site reasonably free from all unnecessary obstruction, storage, remove any surplus materials, clear away any wreckage, rubbish and temporary works from the Site, and remove any equipment no longer required for execution of the Agreement. After completion of all Elements of the Project, the TSP shall clear away and remove all wreckage, rubbish and debris of any kind from the Site, and shall leave the Site clean and safe.

Site Clearance. 9.7.1. The Supplier shall at all times keep the Works and the Works area clean and in safe condition and free from all unnecessary obstruction, including in such a manner as to enable the IAA to engage in other activities required for the execution of the Works.

Site Clearance a) The contractor shall ensure that the working site is kept clean and free of obstructions with regular site-keeping/ housekeeping schedule approved by Employer’s Engineer or as directed by Employer for easy access to job site and also from safety point of view. Before handing over the work to the Employer the contractor shall remove all temporary structures like the site offices, cement go-down, stores etc., scaffolding rubbish, debris etc. left over materials tools and plants, equipments etc., clean the site to the entire satisfaction of the Employer/ Employer’s Engineer. If this is not done the same will be got done by Employer at his risk and cost.

Site Clearance. A. If the site for your Rubio's Store has not been identified and purchased (or leased) by you and consented to by us by the time you and we sign this Agreement, you must purchase or lease (and obtain possession of) a site suitable for the operation of your Rubio's Store and obtain our written consent to the site within 60 days after the date of this Agreement. You won't make any commitments with respect to any location, or operate a Rubio's Store and/or use any of the Marks from or at any location, until and unless we've consented to the location. If you are unable to purchase or lease an acceptable site within such period, we may (but have no obligation to), at any time thereafter, terminate our obligations and your rights under this Agreement, provided we refund to you the lesser of: (A) 50% of the New Store Opening Fee paid to us pursuant to this Agreement; or (B) the New Store Opening Fee less all expenses (including legal fees, commissions, training costs, etc.) incurred in connection with such franchising and termination; and you will concurrently execute documents acceptable to us, providing for:
Site Clearance. Contractor shall be responsible for the cleaning and classification of the site during and after the construction, and the residue, waste and garbage shall be transported to the place designated by Employer or the local authority. Machines, equipment, facilities and temporary engineering that are no longer used by Contractor shall be evacuated or shipped to the premises designated by Employer.
Site Clearance. The Supplier shall when required by BOC's site engineer or nominated representative, carry away excavated and other unwanted material arising from the execution of any works by the Supplier and shall from time to time, as works progresses, remove all surplus materials, debris, rubbish, temporary erections, etc and shall on completion leave the site clear and tidy to BOC's satisfaction.
