Full Requirement definition

Full Requirement means, for any subaccount funded by Tax Revenues, the Quarterly Senior Debt Service or Quarterly Subordinate Debt Service payable therefrom, plus any amount payable therefrom in the current Payment Period and any overdue Sinking Fund Requirement.

Full Requirement means, for any subaccount funded by Tax Revenues, the Quarterly Senior Debt Service or Quarterly Subordinate Debt Service payable therefrom, plus any amount payable therefrom in the current Payment Period and any overdue Sinking Fund Requirement. The terms “hereby”, “hereof”, “herein”, “hereunder” and any similar terms, as used in this Indenture, refer to this Indenture; and the term “date hereof” means, the term “hereafter’’ means after, and the term “heretofore” means before, the date of delivery of the Series 1998 A Bonds.
