Full scale operation definition
Full scale operation means the point of time at which a facility becomes commercially available to operate at the facility for which it was designed.
Full scale operation means the average daily execution of 0.33% of the total quantum for the first year, as specified in the tender document. The actual daily percentage of 0.33% as above shall be calculated on average basis of actual quantity executed during the period of first ninety (90) days immediately after completion of mobilization period.
Full scale operation used herein shall mean the operation of Corporation's project generating stations after the date on which all eleven generating units shall have been placed in commercial operation. Prior to full scale operation Corporation shall make available to DOE as permanent power for use at the Project the entire net available capacity of the project generating stations, and the energy associated therewith, less transmission losses.
