course of study means any course of study, whether or not it is a sandwich course and whether or not a grant is made for attending or undertaking it;
Full-time student means a person attending or undertaking a full-time course of study and includes a student on a sandwich course;
Course of conduct means two or more acts, including, but not limited to, acts in which the stalker directly, indirectly, or through third parties, by any action, method, device, or means, follows, monitors, observes, surveils, threatens, or communicates to or about a person, or interferes with a person’s property.
Full-time job means a job performed by an individual for 35 hours or more each week and whose income and social security taxes are withheld by 1 or more of the following:
