Fully Available definition

Fully Available means that the Generating Unit is available to its contracted capacity. In respect of the Transmission System, “Availability “ shall mean the time in hours the Transmission System is capable of transmitting electricity at its rated voltage from the supply point to the delivery point and expressed as a percentage of Annual Availability.
