Annual Availability definition

Annual Availability total time in Proper Status over the given calendar year. Monthly Availability: total time in Proper Status over the given calendar month. The Service Provider logs each Major Incident including a description and the cause of the error and future preventive action. Upon request by a Subscriber affected by a certain Incident, Service Provider sends to the Subscriber the relevant sections of the incident log in no more than 3 business days. The Service Provider has the exclusive right to classify incidents by severity and the type of services affected by an incident.   • Service Availability The total number of minutes in a calendar quarter that the Tyler Software is capable of receiving, processing, and responding to requests, excluding maintenance windows, Client Error Incidents and Force Majeure.
