Fully employed definition

Fully employed means any employee who is employed thirty-two hours or more for any week and is not included in the definition of "partially employed" as set forth in subsection (19) of this section.
Fully employed shall also mean that where cutters are regularly employed in excess of the foregoing hours, their hours of employment shall not be reduced.

  • Actively Employed – means the employee has been at work and performing assigned duties for at least 80 percent of the work days over the previous 12 months.

  • Regularly employed means, with respect to an officer or employee of a person requesting or receiving a Federal contract, an officer or employee who is employed by such person for at least 130 working days within 1 year immediately preceding the date of the submission that initiates agency consideration of such person for receipt of such contract. An officer or employee who is employed by such person for less than 130 working days within 1 year immediately preceding the date of the submission that initiates agency consideration of such person shall be considered to be regularly employed as soon as he or she is employed by such person for 130 working days.

  • Hourly employee means an employee who is compensated on an hourly basis for each hour of work performed, including time worked beyond 40 hours in a workweek.

  • Non-Key Employee means any Employee who is not a Key Employee.

  • Self-employed INDIVIDUAL Means an individual who has Earned Income for the taxable year from the trade or business for which the Plan is established; also, an individual who would have had Earned Income but for the fact that the trade or business had no net profits for the taxable year.
