Fully participate definition

Fully participate means the opportunity for an institution, a student complainant, a student respondent, or a registered student organization to be provided an opportunity to present and be advised by an attorney or non-attorney advocate. If an individual chooses not to participate in the process, they will need to complete a waiver. The waiver will be emailed to the Complainant or Respondent through college email.
