Fund Indenture definition

Fund Indenture means the Fund's amended and restated trust indenture dated November 1, 2010, as amended;
Fund Indenture means the amended and restated trust indenture made as of April 11, 2002, as amended, between Strategic Management and Computershare Trust Company of Canada, as the same may be amended or replaced from time to time.
Fund Indenture means the Fund’s amended and restated trust indenture dates November 1, 2020 as amended.
