Fund Interests definition

Fund Interests means beneficial interests in the Fund.

Fund Interests means an ownership interest issued to or held by an investor in a Fund or any other interest specified as such in the applicable Pricing Supplement;

More Definitions of Fund Interests

Fund Interests. All interests in the Partnership held by Fund Investors, directly through the ownership of OP Units, and indirectly through the ownership of interests in the Trust or the Fund Partnership.

Fund Interests means, at any particular time and in relation to any Fund comprised in the Basket at such time, the specific class of shares or units of such Fund included in the Basket. Fund Interests means the shares or units of account of ownership in the Original Fund, and following a substitution thereof pursuant to the terms of paragraph 4 (Extraordinary Events in respect of the Fund) below, the relevant shares or units of account of ownership in any Successor Fund (and "Fund Interest" means any such share or unit of account of ownership in the relevant Fund).
