Initial Funds definition

Initial Funds has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a) of the Funding Agreement.
Initial Funds are funds that must be paid by the dates specified to make this Agreement binding on all parties. These Initial Funds are detailed in the Tenancy Agreement and include the initial payment for Rent.
Initial Funds means, collectively, the ten (10) Funds listed in Section 3.02(a) and an “Initial Fund” refers to any such Fund by itself.
