Fund Redemption definition

Fund Redemption means the In-Kind Redemption Basket and Cash Redemption Amount received in connection with the redemption of a Creation Unit.
Fund Redemption means the In-Kind Redemption Basket and Cash Redemption Amount received in connection with the redemption of a Creation Unit. “Independent Trustee” means a Trustee who is not an “interested person” as defined under Section 2(a)(19) of the 1940 Act.

  • If the certificate is not timely furnished to the Bond Registrar, the current Mandatory Sinking Fund Redemption Requirement (and corresponding mandatory redemption obligation) shall not be reduced.

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (a) 120% of the then outstanding principal amount of the Debenture, (b) accrued but unpaid interest on the Debenture and (c) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.
