Funding Direction Letter definition

Funding Direction Letter means that certain Funding Direction Letter dated as of the Closing Date from Borrower to Agent.
Funding Direction Letter means the written request for the Term Loan as identified in Section 3.1.2(o) hereof.
Funding Direction Letter means that certain letter agreement regarding disbursement of the Loan executed by Borrower effective as of the date hereof.
