Funding Limit definition

Funding Limit means the amount specified in Item 7, being the maximum amount of financial accommodation that may be provided to the Owner on the terms set out in Annexure G. financial market (as defined in Chapter 7 of the Corporations Act) and any overseas stock or futures exchange. A person is Insolvent if:
