Furnishings definition

Furnishings means all furniture, fixtures, equipment and appliances provided by Landlord for use in the Bedroom and/or the Unit Common Areas, but not any furniture, fixtures, equipment and appliances provided by Landlord for use in the other bedrooms within the Unit.

Furnishings means and includes any moveable article or piece of equipment that is provided as a normal accessory to a particular transient accommodation. Some examples of items that would constitute a “furnishing,” if the item was a normal accessory to a particular transient accommodation, are furniture, ironing boards, irons, hair dryers, televisions, video cassette recorders (VCRs), remote controls for televisions or VCRs, microwave ovens, toasters, or coffee makers. This list is not intended to be an exhaustive list.

Furnishings means items which contain flammable and combustible materials and materials which readily undergo thermal degradation, yielding flammable and combustible gasses or vapors or irritating and toxic smoke, and which are used as articles of furniture including but not limited to upholstered chairs and couches, solid plastic seating, space separating panels, wall- and ceiling-mounted acoustical devices, and articles which are constructed with foamed cellular plastic in the form of finished exterior or upholstery padding. Bedding including mattresses may be subject to regulation under this article.

Furnishings means, in connection with the operation of a hotel, motel or tourist rooming house, linens, beds, bedding, chairs, tables, shelves, drapes, carpeting, curtains, decorations, fixtures, and similar items provided in the sleeping rooms and common areas of the facility.

Furnishings means furniture, fittings, window coverings, and other accessories, including decorative accessories.

Furnishings means, in connection with the operation of a bed and breakfast establishment, linens, beds, bedding, chairs, tables, shelves, drapes, carpeting, curtains, decorations, fixtures, and similar items provided in the sleeping rooms and common areas of the facility.

Furnishings means all: (x) furniture, fixtures, and equipment (including, without limitation, fixtures, display cases and lighting equipment) for sales areas, corridors and other public rooms and places and for all storerooms and offices on the Premises; and (y) all Personalty necessary and/or proper for the complete and comfortable use, enjoyment, occupancy and operation of a first-class, high-end Build-A-Bear Workshop specialty store hereafter procured and installed in the Shell Premises at Tenant's sole cost and expense and in accordance with the Contract Documents. The term "Furnishings" does not include Tenant's Merchandise, Supplies, consumable goods or inventory.

Furnishings means pictures, paintings, curios, linen, glass-ware, brass- ware, cutlery, crockery, kitchen equipment, radios, radio-grams, lamps, public address systems, projectors, television sets of all kinds, accoustical equipment and similar other articles;

Furnishings shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.2(b)(i).

Furnishings means all carpets, rugs, draperies, fireplace, stereo, television, (electronic equipment) DVD, furniture, Gas BBQ, patio furniture, equipment, bedding (excluding Universal Linens), kitchen utensils and appliances in the unit to the standard required by HCP as herein set forth.
