Settlement Trust Agreement definition

Settlement Trust Agreement means the Settlement Trust Agreement dated as of the Effective Date, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof, which shall be in form and substance acceptable to (a) the Debtors, the Ad Hoc Committee, the Coalition, the Future Claimants’ Representative, and the Tort Claimants’ Committee and (b) the Creditors’ Committee with respect to the treatment of Non-Abuse Litigation Claims.
