Future Improvements definition

Future Improvements means a change to equipment beyond that described in Exhibit D of this Agreement that significantly increases the efficiency or power production beyond the initial installation design.
Future Improvements meaning any and all regulatory clearances and marketing approvals, discoveries, inventions and improvements in processes, manufacturing techniques and the like, relative to the articles falling within the scope of the Patents and Technology.

More Definitions of Future Improvements

Future Improvements means such reasonable further Improvements as Developer believes to be reasonably necessary to accommodate the use of the Designated Roads by the Developer Parties for operation and maintenance of the Project.
