Future Property definition

Future Property means any Hotel Property except for the Existing Properties which the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower acquires.
Future Property means any Hotel Property except for the Initial Properties which the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower acquires.
Future Property means any Property (other than a Planned Contributed Property) acquired by, or contributed to, the Corporation or any Component Entity after the Original Issue Date.

More Definitions of Future Property

Future Property means any Property which the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower acquires after the date hereof.
