Game Plus definition

Game Plus means the Academy of Interactive Entertainment Limited t/a Game Plus (ABN 51 084 159 437).

  • In addition to clause 3.2, whether Game Plus accepts your application will be subject to availability.

  • Game Plus will provide you with a tax invoice for any taxable supply made by Game Plus pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.

  • Game Plus provides basic security measures (such as lockable doors to entrances, accessible by your swipe card), and you agree not to do anything to circumvent, or which might compromise, such security measures (such as wedging doors open).

  • An application for Membership by you is an offer by you to Game Plus to become a member of Game Plus.

  • Despite any eligibility criteria published or otherwise given to you by Game Plus, Game Plus may accept or reject your application for Membership at its sole and absolute discretion, and without the need to provide any explanation or justification for such acceptance or rejection whatsoever.

  • Game Plus will not be liable, or deemed liable, to you for any failure or delay in meeting any obligation due to an Unforeseeable Event.

  • School of cosmetology means an establishment operated for the purpose of teaching cosmetology.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • Weapon-free school zone means school property and a vehicle used by a school to transport students to or from school property.

  • Supplier Code of Conduct means the code of that name published by the Government Commercial Function originally dated September 2017, as may be amended, restated, updated, re-issued or re-named from time to time;

  • Uniform Network Code means the uniform network code as defined in Standard Special Condition A11(6) of National Grid’s transporters licence, as such code may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
