Gaming Activities means the conduct of gaming and gambling activities, race books and sports pools, or the use of gaming devices, equipment and supplies in the operation of a casino, simulcasting facility, card club or other enterprise, including, without limitation, slot machines, gaming tables, cards, dice, gaming chips, player tracking systems, cashless wagering systems, mobile gaming systems, poker tournaments, inter-casino linked systems and related and associated equipment, supplies and systems.

Gaming Activities means the Class III Gaming activities authorized under this Compact.

• The Tribal Gaming Agency may allow temporary exceptions to this provision for the purposes of authorizing investigators who are actively investigating a matter within the Gaming Facility to monitor Gaming Activities.

• If the Gaming Activities authorized by this Amended Compact commence during a calendar quarter, the first payment shall be due on the thirtieth (30th) day following the end of the first full quarter of the Gaming Operation and shall cover the period from the commencement of the Gaming Activities to the end of the first full calendar quarter.

• The Tribal Gaming Agency shall promulgate regulations consistent with fairness and prevailing industry standards governing patron disputes over the play or operation of any game, including any refusal to pay to a patron any alleged winnings from any Gaming Activities.

Gaming Activities. The conduct of gaming or gambling activities, race books and sports pools, or the use, manufacture, distribution or branding of gaming devices, equipment and supplies in the operation of a casino, simulcasting facility, card club or other enterprise, including, without limitation, slot machines, video lottery terminals, gaming tables, cards, dice, gaming chips, player tracking systems, cashless wagering systems, mobile gaming systems, poker tournaments, inter-casino linked systems and related and associated equipment, supplies and systems, and the distribution, sale or service of liquor. For avoidance of doubt, the terms “gaming” and “gambling” as used in this Agreement are intended to include the meanings of such terms under NRS 463.0153, and the term “gaming device” as used in this Agreement is intended to include the meaning of such term under NRS 463.0155.

Gaming Activities means the business of owning, operating or managing a casino or similar gaming facility in which the principal business activity is the taking or receiving of bets or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ upon the results of games of chance or skill.

Gaming Activities means Class III gambling activities as defined under IGRA and as is allowed under the Compact.
