Gaming Resolution Deadline definition

Gaming Resolution Deadline shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d)(ii)(2).

  • If it is determined by the Arbitration Panel that the applicable issue does not have a reasonable chance of being resolved, then the Gaming Resolution Deadline will occur at such time and the provisions of Section 2(j) below regarding an Alternative Transaction shall apply.
